ARK Rave studio is an ambitious concept for overall fitness, wellness, and dance activism.

ARK has developed a practice of hosting dance spaces and being invited to dance spaces to shape the potential and the intension of the dancefloor. By guiding people into the state of dance using the knowledge from international EU research project Empowering Dance, linguistics and radical scientific facts - ARK becomes the vessel of the vibe by modeling the values we want to live by on the dancefloor.
